What is the minimum lead time to book a service online?

Currently, we accept online bookings for services at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to book a service within 48 hours, please contact temple administrator who will consider your request depending on availability.

No, currently we do not accept online cancellation of services booked through the website. Please call up our Temple administrator at 67434566 or e-mail: sst@heb.gov.sg with your booking details and a request to cancel the booking.

Can I change my booking date online?

No, you cannot change your booking date online. Please contact temple administrator for assistance who may be able to change your booking date subject to availability on your preferred date and time.

Can I book a function room for a private function?

Function rooms at the temple are available for booking for private functions, subject to the terms and conditions of use of the temple.
